Since we sell digital products (eBooks in PDF/ePub formats) delivered instantly after purchase, traditional returns are not applicable. Please read this policy carefully before buying.
1. No Return on Digital Downloads
- All eBooks are downloadable immediately after successful payment.
- Once an eBook has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used.”
- Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any digital eBook purchase.
2. When Refund Is Applicable
Refunds may be provided only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same order
- Payment successful but download link not generated
- Corrupted or blank file received
- Wrong product delivered due to technical error
In such situations, we will first attempt to resolve the issue or resend the correct file. If the problem cannot be fixed, a refund will be initiated.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at support@ebooklibrary.in with:
- Order ID
- Payment screenshot/transaction ID
- Name & email used during purchase
- Description of the issue
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet).
- Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment gateways.
5. Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, please ensure:
- The eBook matches your requirement
- Your device supports PDF/ePub files
- You have provided correct email for delivery
We are not responsible for incompatibility issues on user devices.
6. Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after the eBook link has been generated. If you face any problem, contact us and we will help immediately.
